1. Raw Material Processing Section
Within this section, essential raw materials such as sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and *** (or aluminum paste) are meticulously processed to ensure high-quality autoclaved aerated coagulation production.
This critical section ensures the precise processing and optimal storage of all raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal section is at the heart of producing premium autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
In this stage, we fabricate the steel mesh (or mesh cage) essential for the aerated concrete plates. The process includes manual or automatic mesh hanging and the continuous automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
This critical section plays a vital role in the production of high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, the steel mesh (or mesh cage) required for the concrete plates is produced, including manual or automatic mesh hanging and the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
During this phase, the mold frame with the billet body is demudded using a crane. The blank body and side plate are positioned on the cutting car, where precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting molds the product.
The ground turning table assists in removing and recycling corner waste, ensuring an efficient process.
Post-waste removal, the blank body undergoes final marshalling using the crane and ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
Here, assembled cakes are transported into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance using the traction mechanism and ferry cart. This ensures the durability and strength of the cured products.
Post-autoclaving, the ferry cart transfers these cured products to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Steamed cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring they reach their final destination in perfect condition.
