1. Raw Material Processing Section
The journey towards creating autoclaved aerated coagulation marvels begins with the careful selection of raw materials. These essential ingredients typically comprise of sand, often sourced from eco-friendly fly ash, lime, cement, gypsum, and the innovative use of aluminum powder or paste.
This crucial stage is dedicated to the precise processing, strategic storage, and quality assurance of all raw materials, ensuring the highest standards are met.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This segment is the heartbeat of the entire operation, pivotal in the creation of resilient autoclaved aerated concrete slabs designed to last.
This segment is indispensable for the efficient crafting of steel mesh or mesh cages essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It includes both manual and automated mesh hanging, seamlessly integrated with the automatic circulation of the assembly frame, to ensure precision and uniformity.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is a critical juncture in the fabrication of superior quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, where precision pouring and optimal pre-curing are paramount.
This section is meticulously dedicated to the fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage), a vital component for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It includes both manual and automatic mesh hanging, complemented by the automated circulation of the assembly framework, ensuring flawless execution.
4. Cutting Section
In this transformative phase, the mold frame carrying the billet body is expertly demudded using a turning crane. The blank body, alongside its side plate, is meticulously positioned on the cutting car for a thorough cutting process—lateral, horizontal, and vertical—that sculpts the product into its desired shape.
The process culminates with the ground turning table adeptly facilitating the removal and recycling of corner waste from the precisely cut body, ensuring sustainable practices.
Following the efficient waste removal, the blank body is masterfully finalized using the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, guaranteeing a seamless transition to subsequent production stages.
5. Autoclaving Section
The expertly assembled cakes are transported with precision into the autoclave tanks for an optimal pressure maintenance process, managed by the precision-driven traction mechanism and the efficient ferry cart.
After the autoclaving process, the cured products are skillfully extracted from the autoclave by the ferry cart and seamlessly ushered to the final product packaging section, ready for the next steps.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Freshly emerged from the autoclave, the cakes undergo a thorough sorting process. They are then expertly palletized, meticulously packed, and transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying systems, ensuring efficiency and quality in every step.
