1. Raw Material Processing Section

The primary raw materials utilized in the production of autoclaved aerated coagulation include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), among others.

This crucial section is dedicated to processing and storing the essential raw materials.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation

This is the pivotal section in the crafting of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

In this segment, the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plate takes place, along with manual (automatic) mesh hanging and the automated circulation of the assembly frame.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section

This is another core section involved in the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plate is prepared, along with manual (automatic) mesh hanging and the automated circulation of the assembly frame.

4. Cutting Section

The mold frame containing the billet body is deftly demudded using a turning crane. The billet, alongside the side plate, is placed meticulously on the cutting car. The product's cutting and molding are finalized through precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts.

The ground turning table efficiently completes the process by removing and recycling corner waste.
Once waste is removed, the billet body is expertly assembled using the marshalling crane and ferry car.

5. Autoclaving Section

The expertly assembled cakes are transported into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance via the traction mechanism positioned in front of the autoclaves, complemented by the ferry cart.

After undergoing autoclave curing, the products are skillfully extracted by the ferry cart and conveyed to the finished product packaging section.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

The steamed cakes from the autoclave are expertly sorted, palletized, and meticulously packed. They are then conveyed seamlessly to the storage yard by the packaging and conveying equipment after effective separation.
