1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials utilized in autoclaved aerated coagulation production encompass sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This section is dedicated to the precise processing and meticulous storage of these fundamental raw materials, ensuring optimal quality for AAC production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This constitutes the pivotal stage in crafting high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This section fabricates the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, seamlessly integrating both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and the effortless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Another vital section indispensable for producing superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This section fabricates the crucial steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, incorporating both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
In this section, the mold frame loaded with the billet body is deftly demudded using a crane. The blank body, together with the side plate, is then placed on the cutting car for precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
The cut body is subsequently managed by the ground turning table to ensure efficient removal and recycling of corner waste.
Following this, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car for final processing.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are methodically sent into the autoclave tank for consistent pressure maintenance using the traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Post curing, the autoclaved products are carefully extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section for further processing.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After steaming out of the autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard using state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment.
