1.Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production are typically sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This segment is dedicated to the meticulous processing and storage of essential raw materials.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication
&Circulation
This pivotal section is integral for the creation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This area is specialized in the fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, including manual (automatic) mesh hanging and the automatic circulation of assembly frames.
3.Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This crucial section plays a vital role in the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Used for fabricating steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, including manual (automatic) mesh hanging and the automatic circulation of assembly frames.
4.Cutting Section
The mold frame loaded with billet body is demudded by turning the crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, completing the product's cutting and molding through side, horizontal, and vertical cuts.
The cut body is finalized by the ground turning table for the removal and recycling of corner waste.
Post-waste removal, the blank body is finalized by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car.
5.Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are conveyed into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance by the pre-autoclave traction mechanism and the ferry cart.
The autoclave-cured products are extracted from the autoclave by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section.
6.Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and then transported to the storage yard by packaging and conveying equipment after being separated.
