AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the fascinating journey of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the essential raw materials include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste).
This fundamental section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and organized storage of these vital raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This integral segment represents the heart of the production process for autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, we craft the steel mesh (mesh cage) crucial for the autoclaved aerated concrete plate, utilizing both manual and automatic hanging mesh processes, along with the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This pivotal section stands as the core hub for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It serves as the foundation for crafting the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for the autoclaved aerated concrete plate, incorporating both manual and automatic hanging mesh, complemented by the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
In this section, the mold frame laden with the billet body undergoes an intricate demudding process via the crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is precisely positioned on the cutting car, where the cutting and molding of the product are expertly executed through side, horizontal, and vertical cutting techniques.
Upon completion, the cut body is meticulously managed by the ground turning table to effectively remove and recycle corner waste, ensuring utmost efficiency.
With waste expertly removed, the blank body is skillfully completed by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, ensuring seamless process continuity.
5. Autoclaving Section
The carefully assembled cakes are gently guided into the tank for steady pressure maintenance by the front traction mechanism of the autoclaves, further supported by the ferry cart.
Upon completion of the autoclave curing, the products are efficiently extracted from the autoclave by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Once steamed out of the autoclave, the cakes undergo a meticulous sorting, palletizing, and packing process. They are then seamlessly transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ready to meet the world.
