1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials fundamental to autoclaved aerated coagulation production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum paste, among others.
This segment is dedicated to the meticulous processing and organized storage of essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication
& Circulation
A pivotal segment, this section is crucial for the creation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This area is responsible for fabricating the steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, incorporating both manual (automatic) hanging and the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
A core area, this section is essential for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It is focused on fabricating the steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, encompassing both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame with the billet body is de-mudded using a turning crane. The blank body and side plate are placed on a cutting car, completing the cutting and molding of the product through side, horizontal, and vertical cuts.
The cut body undergoes a ground turning process to remove and recycle corner waste efficiently.
Post waste removal, the blank body is finalized by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave for consistent pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism and the preceding ferry cart.
Once cured, the products are extracted from the autoclave by the ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-autoclaving, the cakes are sorted, palletized, packaged, and conveyed to the storage yard with precise packaging and transportation equipment after separation.
