1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials utilized in autoclaved aerated coagulation manufacturing typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This section is dedicated to the precise processing and meticulous storage of these essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal section is crucial for creating top-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is fabricated. This includes both manual and automatic hanging mesh, and the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Another core section essential for manufacturing superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This stage involves fabricating the necessary steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It also includes both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
In this section, the mold frame loaded with the billet body is demudded using a crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car for precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
The cut body is then managed by the ground turning table to efficiently remove and recycle corner waste.
Subsequently, the blank body is handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car for final processing.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave tank for consistent pressure maintenance using the traction mechanism and the ferry cart.
After curing, the autoclaved products are extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After being steamed out of the autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
