1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials employed in the autoclaved aerated coagulation production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste), and other essential components.
This section is designated for the meticulous processing and storage of these raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section serves as the pivotal hub for the creation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is fabricated, alongside the manual (or automatic) hanging mesh and the seamless automatic circulation of assembly frames.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section stands as the core area for the fabrication of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It facilitates the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, overseeing manual (or automatic) hanging mesh and the automatic circulation of assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
In this stage, the mold frame bearing the billet body is demoulded by rotating the crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car, and undergoes side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve the desired product form.
The cut body is then placed on the ground turning table to remove and recycle corner waste efficiently.
Post waste removal, the blank body is completed and organized by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are methodically transported into the tank for sustained pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism located in front of the autoclaves and the ferry cart.
Post curing, the autoclaved products are pulled out by the ferry cart and conveyed to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by sophisticated packaging and conveying equipment after being meticulously separated.
