1. Raw Material Processing Extravaganza
The foundation of our autoclaved aerated coagulation production is a perfect blend of premium raw materials: sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), each chosen for its exceptional quality.
This pivotal section expertly handles the meticulous processing and seamless storage of these vital raw materials.
2. Revolutionary Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication
& Circulation Mastery
This section represents the heart of our production, where the magic of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs comes to life with precision and efficiency.
Here, we craft the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) needed for our concrete plates, utilizing both manual and automated hanging meshes, all within a sophisticated automatic circulation system.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Perfection
This is the pulse of our production line, where the journey of transforming raw materials into autoclaved aerated concrete slabs unfolds with precision.
In this process, we create the vital steel mesh, ensuring a seamless combination of manual and automated techniques for mesh hanging and assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Edge Section
The mold frame, carrying a billet body, is expertly demudded using a turning crane. Then, with finesse, the billet body, alongside the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car. The product gains its shape through meticulous side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
Cut bodies are further refined with ground turning tables, skillfully removing and recycling corner waste, embodying our commitment to sustainability.
Once waste is elegantly eliminated, marshalling cranes and ferry cars complete the assembly, showcasing our efficiency.
5. Superior Autoclaving Section
Assemblies are impeccably transported into autoclaves, where constant pressure maintenance ensures optimal results, powered by superior traction mechanisms and ferry carts.
Post-curing, autoclave products are gracefully extracted by ferry carts, then seamlessly delivered to the finished product packaging destination.
6. Finished Products Brilliance
Classification & Packaging Excellence
Post-autoclaving, cakes are meticulously sorted, expertly palletized, efficiently packed, and transported to the storage yard, all thanks to our sophisticated packaging and conveying systems.
