1. Raw Material Processing Section
Dive into the essentials of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, where we meticulously process premium raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This pivotal section is dedicated to the precise processing and systematic storage of our essential raw materials, providing a solid foundation for the AAC production line's efficiency.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section serves as the heart of our operation, driving the production of premium autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, we expertly craft the indispensable steel mesh (mesh cage) for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates, incorporating both manual and automatic hanging mesh techniques, alongside a seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame. This ensures structural integrity and quality.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is the nucleus of our production, integral to fabricating high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This is where we fashion the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) needed for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates, utilizing manual and automatic mesh hanging, coupled with the automatic circulation of the assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
In this stage, the mold-loaded billet body is deftly demudded via a turning crane. The blank body, supported by the side plate, is set on the cutting car. Here, precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts craft the final product shape with meticulous precision and accuracy.
The ground turning table plays a crucial role in removing and recycling corner waste, completing the cut body with finesse and ensuring resource efficiency.
Post waste removal, the blank body entails precise handling by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car for optimal results, aligning with our commitment to quality.
5. Autoclaving Section
With precision, the assembled cakes are ushered into the autoclave tanks by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, maintaining constant pressure for flawless results, guaranteeing strength and durability.
Once cured, the autoclaved products are expertly extracted by the ferry cart and seamlessly transported to the finished product packaging section, ensuring a smooth transition to the next phase.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Emerging from the autoclave, the cakes undergo sorting, palletizing, and meticulous packing. They are then transported to the storage yard, all facilitated by our state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency in delivery.

Our metal plate processing capabilities are reinforced by a powerful 2000 tons hydraulic press. To achieve machining precision and excellence, we employ Taiwan's vertical machining center, a CNC gantry boring and milling machine, and a sophisticated horizontal machining center.
