1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production are usually sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste), and other additives.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This vital segment is the heart of the production line for autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
In this stage, steel mesh (mesh cage) required for the concrete plates is meticulously crafted, with options for manual or automatic hanging, coupled with an efficient automatic circulation system for the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Another core phase in the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This section is key for crafting steel mesh (mesh cage) for the concrete plates, featuring both manual and automatic mesh hanging as well as an automated assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame loaded with the billet body undergoes demudding via a crane turn. The billet, along with the side plate, is placed on a cutting car, where it is precisely cut into shape through side, horizontal, and vertical slicing.
The ground turning table then removes and recycles corner waste, leaving the cut body ready for the next step.
Following waste removal, the blank body is meticulously handled by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave tank for constant pressure maintenance by a sophisticated traction mechanism, supported by the ferry cart.
After curing, the autoclaved products are extracted by the ferry cart and conveyed to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The freshly autoclaved cakes are sorted, palletized, and meticulously packed. They are then transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ready for distribution.
