AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
Dive into the core of our autoclaved aerated coagulation production, where each premium raw material-sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste)-undergoes meticulous processing. This ensures the excellence and consistency required for superior product output.
This crucial section is devoted to the precise handling and organized storage of our vital raw materials, ensuring readiness and quality for all subsequent processes.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section is the powerhouse of our operation, crucial for crafting top-tier autoclaved aerated concrete slabs. It forms the backbone of our manufacturing excellence.
Here, we expertly manufacture the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates. Utilizing a combination of manual and automated techniques, and supported by a flawless automatic circulation of the assembly frame, this process ensures unmatched precision and quality.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section acts as the nucleus of our production, pivotal in creating high-caliber autoclaved aerated concrete slabs. Its role is vital in ensuring the integrity and performance of the final products.
Here, we manufacture the critical steel mesh (mesh cage) for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates. This involves manual and automatic mesh hanging techniques, alongside the automatic circulation of the assembly frames, ensuring seamless and efficient production.
4. Cutting Section
In this stage, the mold-loaded billet body is skillfully demudded using a turning crane. The blank body, supported by the side plate, is then placed on the cutting car. Precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts are made to craft the product into its final shape, ensuring precision and quality.
The ground turning table is essential for removing and recycling corner waste, completing the cutting process with precision and efficiency, ensuring waste is minimized and the final product is flawless.
After waste removal, the blank body is carefully handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, ensuring optimal results and maintaining the integrity of the product throughout the process.
5. Autoclaving Section
With meticulous precision, assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave tanks by the traction mechanism and ferry cart. This maintains a constant pressure environment, ensuring flawless curing and superior product quality.
Once curing is complete, the autoclaved products are expertly extracted by the ferry cart and smoothly transported to the finished product packaging section, maintaining their integrity and quality.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Once they emerge from the autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packed. Our advanced packaging and conveying equipment ensures they are safely transported to the storage yard, ready for distribution.
