1. Raw Material Processing Section
The essential raw materials for autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) production include sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste).
This section is dedicated to the processing and storage of these fundamental raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication & Circulation
This is the pivotal section for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, the steel mesh (or mesh cage) required for AAC slabs is fabricated with options for manual or automatic handling and circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
This critical section ensures the production of AAC slabs.
It involves forming the steel mesh (or mesh cage) needed for the slabs, with capabilities for manual or automatic mesh hanging and frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
Loaded mold frames are demolded using a turning crane, placing the blank body and side plates on a cutting car. This stage completes the product's side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
Cut bodies are processed on a ground turning table, removing and recycling corner waste.
Post-waste removal, the blank bodies are handled by a marshalling crane and ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
Assembled cakes are transferred into the autoclave for constant pressure maintenance via a traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Post-curing, the products are pulled out by the ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products Classification & Packaging
Steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard using dedicated packaging and transportation equipment.
