1. Raw Material Processing Section: Unveiling the Foundation
In the extraordinary realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the cornerstone materials include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste). These essential ingredients are carefully processed to ensure the highest quality results.
This pivotal section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and reliable storage of vital raw materials, setting the stage for seamless production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating & Circulation: The Structural Backbone
& Circulation
As the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, this section is tasked with ensuring precision and efficiency at every turn.
Here, steel mesh (or mesh cage) is expertly crafted, serving as the essential skeleton for the aerated concrete plates. This process incorporates both manual and automatic mesh hanging, alongside a fully automated circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section: The Art of Formation
This integral section stands at the core of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, bringing together innovation and tradition.
Within this realm, steel mesh (mesh cage) is meticulously prepared, catering to both manual and automatic processes, further enhanced by a seamless, automated assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section: Precision in Every Slice
Within this realm, the mold frame, cradling the billet body, is demudded via a state-of-the-art crane. The blank body, accompanied by its side plate, embarks on the cutting car journey, undergoing a transformative cutting process that includes side, horizontal, and vertical slicing.
Upon completion, the cut body is handled by a sophisticated ground turning table, expertly removing and recycling corner waste for optimal efficiency.
Once the waste is removed, the blank body is carefully managed by a marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, seamlessly completing the process.
5. Autoclaving Section: The Pressure of Perfection
Assembled cakes are entrusted to the traction mechanism and ferry cart, guiding them into the autoclave for a period of constant pressure maintenance, ensuring unparalleled product quality.
Upon manifesting the autoclave magic, the cured products are gracefully extracted and transported to the finished product packaging section, ready for the world.
6. Finished Products: From Completion to Classification
Classification & Packaging: The Final Flourish
Emerging from the autoclave, these cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packed. They are then conveyed to the storage yard by state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, marking the end of a remarkable journey from raw material to finished product.
