AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the journey of creating exemplary autoclaved aerated coagulation, we begin with the finest selection of raw materials, often comprising sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste).
This pivotal section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of these essential raw materials, ensuring the foundation of quality and efficiency.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section stands as the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, where precision meets innovation.
Within this core segment, the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) crucial for autoclaved aerated concrete plates unfolds. It seamlessly integrates manual or automated mesh handling alongside the flawless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is the nucleus of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, empowering the process with unrivaled precision.
This area specializes in fabricating the steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for the autoclaved aerated concrete plate, complemented by both manual and automated mesh handling, as well as the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
Innovatively, the mold frame with the billet body undergoes de-mudding via a turning crane. It is then placed on the cutting car with the side plate, where side, horizontal, and vertical cutting crafts the product to perfection.
The cut body undergoes further refinement by the ground turning table, ensuring efficient removal and recycling of corner waste.
Once the waste is expertly removed, the marshalling crane, in tandem with the marshalling ferry car, completes the blank body with finesse.
5. Autoclaving Section
Harnessing the power of precision, the assembled cakes are conveyed into the autoclave, where they undergo consistent pressure maintenance through an innovative traction mechanism and ferry cart.
After achieving the desired autoclave curing, products are gracefully extracted by the ferry cart, ready for their transition to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-autoclaving, the cakes are systematically classified, palletized, packed, and efficiently transported to the storage yard, all thanks to the proficient packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring seamless separation and preparation for dispatch.
