1. Raw Material Processing Section
The primary ingredients used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and *** (or aluminum paste).
This section is dedicated to the processing and storage of these essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the pivotal section for manufacturing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cages) required for the slabs are fabricated, either manually or automatically. This section also handles the automatic circulation of assembly frames.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is another core area for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It involves the creation of steel mesh (mesh cages) necessary for the slabs, manual (automatic) hanging of the mesh, and the automatic circulation of assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame carrying the billet body is demolded using a crane. The billet, along with the side plate, is placed on a cutting car where it undergoes side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve the desired product shape.
Any cutting waste is removed and recycled using a ground turning table.
After waste removal, the billet body is marshalled by a crane and a ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
In this section, assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave for constant pressure maintenance. The process is facilitated by a traction mechanism and a ferry cart.
Once cured, the autoclaved products are removed from the autoclave and conveyed to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After being steamed out of the autoclave, the cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and then transported to the storage yard using packaging and conveying equipment.
