1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated concrete production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste).
This section is dedicated to the precise processing and storage of all essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication
& Circulation
This critical section underpins the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, we craft the steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for the autoclaved aerated concrete plates, featuring manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This pivotal section facilitates the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It fabricates the steel mesh (mesh cage) required for the plates, incorporating manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame loaded with the billet is demolded using a turning crane. The blank, along with the side plate, is then placed on a cutting car, where it undergoes side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve product molding.
The cut blanks are finalized by the ground turning table, which removes and recycles the corner waste.
Post waste removal, the blanks are completed by the marshalling crane and the ferry car, ready for the next stage.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are driven into the autoclave tank for consistent pressure maintenance using a traction mechanism and a ferry cart.
After curing in the autoclave, the products are extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Once steamed out of the autoclave, the cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard, facilitated by advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
