AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The essential ingredients for crafting autoclaved aerated coagulation include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste) among others. These raw materials are meticulously chosen to ensure quality and performance.
This section is crucial for the meticulous processing and systematic storage of raw materials, ensuring seamless production flow.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal segment orchestrates the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, laying the foundation for superior quality.
In this phase, the fabrication of essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is carried out, complemented by manual or automatic hanging mesh and dynamic frame assembly circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This core section facilitates the creation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring consistency and precision.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is crafted, featuring manual (automatic) mesh hanging and automated assembly frame circulation for optimized production.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, loaded with the billet body, undergoes demudding via a turning crane. The blank body, with its side plate, is positioned on the cutting car where side, horizontal, and vertical cutting shapes the product with precision.
Any waste from the cutting process is efficiently managed by the ground turning table, ensuring the removal and recycling of corner waste.
Post waste removal, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and ferry car, streamlining the process.
5. Autoclaving Section
With seamless precision, assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave tank for consistent pressure maintenance using a traction mechanism and a ferry cart, ensuring optimal curing.
Post-autoclave, the cured products are smoothly extracted by the ferry cart and conveyed to the finished product packaging section, ready for the next stage.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Upon exiting the autoclave, the cakes are systematically sorted, palletized, and packed. They are then efficiently transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ready for distribution.
