AAC Production Process
Teeyer Whole Production Line, including 6 processing sections |
1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials essential for creating autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) include sand (often fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste), among others, setting the foundation for quality production.
This critical section handles the precise processing and efficient storage of all raw materials, ensuring readiness for the subsequent manufacturing stages.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal section forms the heart of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, bringing innovation and precision to the forefront.
Here, the essential steel mesh (or mesh cage) required for AAC plate fabrication is crafted. It features both manual and automated hanging mesh methods, alongside the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This significant section underpins the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring precision and consistency in the final product.
This section includes the crucial fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage), essential for AAC plate production, with both manual and automated mesh hanging, plus automatic frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
In this stage, the mold frame with the billet body undergoes demudding via a crane before the blank body and side plate are placed on a cutting car. Here, the product is meticulously shaped through side, horizontal, and vertical cutting techniques.
The cut body undergoes processing by the ground turning table to effectively remove and recycle corner waste, ensuring sustainability.
Post-waste removal, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and ferry car, streamlining the production flow.
5. Autoclaving Section
With precision, the assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave for constant pressure maintenance via a traction mechanism and ferry cart, ensuring optimal curing conditions.
Once autoclave curing is complete, the products are efficiently extracted using the ferry cart, moving seamlessly to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The freshly steamed cakes are systematically sorted, palletized, and packed, then transported to the storage yard with precision by the packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring they are ready for dispatch.
