1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum paste.
This section handles the processing and storage of these essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the core section for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) required for the concrete plates is fabricated, including manual (or automatic) hanging mesh and the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
Another crucial section for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This involves fabricating steel mesh (mesh cage) needed for concrete plates, manual (or automatic) handling of the mesh, and automatic assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame loaded with billet body is de-molded by a turning crane. The billet body, along with the side plate, is placed on a cutting car, where it undergoes side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve the final product shape.
The cut body is processed by a ground turning table to remove and recycle corner waste.
After waste removal, the billet body is handled by a marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transferred into the autoclave for constant pressure maintenance by a traction mechanism and ferry cart.
The autoclave-cured products are then removed by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by packaging and conveying equipment after separation.
