1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) production, the primary raw materials include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and *** (or aluminum paste).
This section is dedicated to the precise processing and optimal storage of raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication
& Circulation
This is the pivotal section where autoclaved aerated concrete slabs take shape.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cages) essential for AAC panels are fabricated, manually or automatically hung, and seamlessly integrated with the automated circulation of assembly frames.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section remains the heart of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production.
It is indispensable for creating the steel mesh (mesh cages) necessary for AAC panels, involving both manual and automatic hanging mesh processes, and ensuring the automatic circulation of assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
In this crucial phase, the mold frame carrying the billet body is demudded by turning cranes. The billet and its side plate are positioned on the cutting car, where side, horizontal, and vertical cuts finalize the product shape.
Post-cutting, the turning table removes and recycles corner waste from the cut body.
Once waste removal is complete, the billet body is transferred by the marshalling crane and ferry car for further processing.
5. Autoclaving Section
Assembled cakes are moved into autoclave tanks for pressure maintenance by traction mechanisms and ferry carts.
After curing in the autoclave, the finished products are extracted by ferry carts and conveyed to the final packaging area.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-autoclave, the cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
