1. Raw Material Processing Section

The foundational ingredients for the revolutionary autoclaved aerated coagulation process are typically a blend of sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste), meticulously selected to ensure optimal quality.

This critical section is dedicated to the precise processing and efficient storage of raw materials, establishing a solid groundwork for subsequent manufacturing stages.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation

This section represents the heartbeat of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, where innovation meets precision.

Here, robust steel mesh cages essential for the AAC plate are crafted, whether through manual or automated processes. The seamless assembly framework circulation enhances efficiency and consistency.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section

This pivotal section continues to drive the excellence in AAC slab production, ensuring unparalleled structural integrity.

This area focuses on producing steel mesh cages needed for AAC plates, incorporating both manual and automated mesh handling, alongside the systematic circulation of assembly frames.

4. Cutting Section

The mold frame, housing the billet body, is expertly demudded by an overhead crane. This body, along with its side plate, is precisely placed on a cutting car. Sophisticated side, horizontal, and vertical cutting techniques complete the product's form.

Post-cutting, the ground turning table efficiently removes and recycles corner waste, ensuring eco-friendly practices and material utilization.
Once waste removal is achieved, the blank body is expertly marshaled by the crane and ferry car, readying it for the next phase.

5. Autoclaving Section

The meticulously assembled cakes are smoothly ushered into the autoclave tanks for controlled pressure maintenance, facilitated by advanced traction mechanisms and ferry carts.

Once cured, these high-quality products are carefully extracted from the autoclave and transported to the packaging section, ensuring readiness for market distribution.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

Post-autoclaving, these premium products are systematically sorted, palletized, and packaged. Utilizing state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, they are then efficiently transported to the storage yard, ready to meet consumer demand.
