AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The journey of creating superior autoclaved aerated coagulation begins with carefully selected raw materials including sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This pivotal section ensures the thorough processing and diligent storage of these essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This integral section stands at the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, playing a crucial role in the overall manufacturing process.
This sophisticated section fabricates the necessary steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, incorporating both manual and automatic mesh hanging with seamless assembly frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is another core component crucial for the fabrication of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Within this section, the meticulous creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) needed for concrete plates is undertaken. It involves both manual and automatic mesh handling and ensures smooth circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
In this stage, the mold frame carrying the billet body is expertly demudded using a crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is positioned on a cutting car, achieving precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts for perfect shaping.
The precision-crafted body undergoes further processing with the ground turning table, efficiently removing and recycling any corner waste for an eco-friendly operation.
Subsequent to waste removal, the blank body undergoes marshalling by a crane and a ferry car for optimal organization.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are meticulously guided into the autoclaves for consistent pressure maintenance, utilizing the traction mechanism and ferry cart positioned strategically at the forefront.
Post-autoclaving, the cured products are seamlessly extracted by the ferry cart, ready to proceed to the final packaging section for dispatch.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Freshly steamed from the autoclave, the cakes are expertly sorted, skillfully palletized, and thoroughly packed. They are then transported to the storage yard, courtesy of our efficient packaging and conveying systems, ensuring seamless logistics.
