AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the captivating realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the fundamental raw materials comprise sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and the enchanting addition of aluminum powder (aluminum paste), forming the core of this innovative process.
This meticulously crafted section is designed for the precise processing and efficient storage of these indispensable raw materials, ensuring a seamless foundation for production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section serves as the vital hub of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, where cutting-edge innovation converges with precise craftsmanship.
Within this domain, the steel mesh (mesh cage) crucial for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is expertly crafted. The process involves seamless manual (or automatic) mesh handling and a sophisticated automatic circulation system for the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This essential section, a cornerstone of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, is where the magic materializes into concrete form.
In this vibrant setting, steel mesh (mesh cage) fabrication is executed with precision, incorporating both manual and automatic mesh handling, complemented by an automatic circulation system of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
This section is where engineering elegance comes to life as the mold frame, carrying the billet body, is demudded by a turning crane. The blank body and side plate are meticulously placed on the cutting car, undergoing precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts for impeccable molding.
A masterpiece takes shape as the cut body is skillfully managed by the ground turning table, facilitating the efficient removal and recycling of corner waste, ensuring sustainability and eco-friendliness.
Following the waste removal, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and ferry car, bringing this stage to completion with mastery and finesse.
5. Autoclaving Section
With unparalleled precision, the assembled cakes are gracefully guided into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance, facilitated by a strategic combination of the traction mechanism and ferry cart in front of the autoclaves.
The autoclave-cured products emerge victorious, extracted by the ferry cart and seamlessly transported to the finished product packaging section, primed for their grand unveiling.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Freshly emerged from the autoclave, the cakes embark on a meticulous journey of classification, palletizing, packing, and efficient transport to the storage yard. This seamless process is orchestrated by cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring a flawless transition from production to storage.
