1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in the autoclaved aerated coagulation production process typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, *** (or aluminum paste), and other essential components.
This pivotal section handles the processing and storage of all raw materials, ensuring they are prepared to the highest standards.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication
& Circulation
This core section is essential for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, providing the structural foundation.
In this section, steel mesh (mesh cages) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates are fabricated. It also involves manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
This is another core phase in the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring quality and consistency.
This section also entails the fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cages) crucial for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It involves both manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
In this phase, the mold frame containing the billet body is de-molded using a crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car, where precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts shape the final product.
The cut body is then processed by a ground turning table to remove and recycle any corner waste efficiently.
After removing waste, the blank body is organized by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, ensuring orderly production flow.
5. Autoclaving Section
Using a traction mechanism in front of the autoclaves and a ferry cart, the assembled cakes are moved into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance.
Post-autoclave curing, the products are extracted using a ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section for final touches.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Once steamed out of the autoclave, the products are expertly sorted, palletized, packed, and then transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
