1.Raw Material Processing Section
In the world of autoclaved aerated coagulation, the magic begins with the finest ingredients: sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste). Each of these crucial materials plays a pivotal role in creating high-quality and efficient AAC blocks.
This essential section handles the meticulous processing and secure storage of these raw materials, ensuring optimal production conditions.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
Welcome to the heart of AAC slab production: this core section is where innovation meets engineering excellence.
Here, the precision crafting of steel mesh (mesh cage) takes place, crucial for the strength of AAC plates. Witness the seamless transition from manual to automatic processes, as the mesh is meticulously hung and the assembly frame circulates with flawless efficiency.
3.Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is the soul of AAC slab production, where the synergy of materials takes shape.
Explore the intricate creation of the essential steel mesh (mesh cage), vital for AAC plate integrity. Experience the perfect blend of manual dexterity and automated precision as the mesh is expertly hung and the assembly frame circulates with impeccable accuracy.
4.Cutting Section
Witness the art of transformation as the mold frames, laden with billet bodies, undergo a magical demudding by the turning crane. The blank body and side plate are gently placed on the cutting car, where they are sculpted to perfection through lateral, horizontal, and vertical cuts.
The ground turning table completes the masterpiece by removing and recycling corner waste, ensuring sustainability in every cut.
With waste efficiently removed, the marshalling crane and ferry car expertly handle the blank body, marking the dawn of a new AAC product.
5.Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes embark on a journey of transformation as they enter the pressurized sanctuary of the autoclave, guided by traction mechanisms and the trusty ferry cart.
After curing to perfection, the autoclave releases its treasures, which are then gracefully transported by ferry cart to the grand finale: the finished product packaging section.
6.Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Steamed to excellence, the cakes emerge from the autoclave ready for their final metamorphosis. They are meticulously sorted, palletized, and wrapped in precision packaging, journeying towards the storage yard via state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment.
