1.Raw Material Processing Section
The initial stage of autoclaved aerated coagulation production involves the meticulous selection and preparation of essential raw materials. These materials typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste), all crucial for creating high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete.
This section is dedicated to the precise processing and efficient storage of these vital raw materials, ensuring they are perfectly conditioned for the subsequent production stages.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This critical section represents the heart of our autoclaved aerated concrete slab production line, ensuring top-notch quality and consistency in every slab produced.
Here, we expertly craft the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) required for the robust structural integrity of the autoclaved aerated concrete plates. This involves both manual and automatic systems for mesh hanging and an automated circulation of the assembly frame, optimizing efficiency.
3.Pouring and Pre-curing Section
The pouring and pre-curing section stands as another pivotal part of our production, dedicated to the initial transformations in creating autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This integral process focuses on crafting the steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for the durability of the concrete plates, combining manual or automated mesh hanging with seamless assembly frame circulation.
4.Cutting Section
In the cutting section, the precision crafting of the product takes place. The mold frame, bearing the billet body, undergoes precise demudding by crane rotation. The blank body, along with the side plate, is expertly placed on the cutting car, where it undergoes meticulous side, horizontal, and vertical cuts to achieve the desired product form.
Once the cutting is complete, any corner waste is deftly removed and recycled using the ground turning table, highlighting our commitment to sustainability and resource efficiency.
Following waste removal, the blank body is finalized through the marshalling crane and ferry car, ensuring the product is perfectly ready for the next production phase.
5.Autoclaving Section
Our autoclaving section is where the magic of transformation takes place. The assembled cakes, carefully prepared, are introduced into the autoclave tanks for a period of constant pressure maintenance. This is facilitated by the precise action of the traction mechanism and the ferry cart, underscoring our dedication to quality.
Once the autoclave curing is complete, the robust, cured products are efficiently extracted by the ferry cart and conveyed to the finished product packaging section, ready for the final stages of production.
6.Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
In this final stage, the freshly steamed cakes emerge from the autoclave, where they are systematically sorted, palletized, and packaged. Our sophisticated packaging and conveying equipment then smoothly transports them to the storage yard, ensuring they are perfectly prepared for delivery and use.
