AAC Production Process

1.Raw Material Processing Section
The indispensable ingredients in the production of autoclaved aerated coagulation include sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and the pivotal aluminum powder (or paste), expertly blended to perfection.
This critical section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of the raw materials essential for production.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This section serves as the heart of the operation, skillfully producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with precision.
This segment is essential for crafting the steel mesh (or mesh cage) necessary for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It involves manual or automatic mesh hanging and the seamless automatic circulation within the assembly framework.
3.Pouring and pre-curing section
This section is pivotal for the advanced production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, we skillfully create the steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, ensuring efficient manual or automatic mesh hanging and automated assembly frame circulation.
4.Cutting section
The meticulously crafted mold frame, loaded with the billet body, is expertly demudded by the crane's deft turning. The blank body, coupled with its side plate, is then positioned on the cutting car, where it undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve the desired product form.
The cutting process is further refined by the ground-turning table, which adeptly removes and recycles any corner waste, enhancing material efficiency.
Post waste removal, the blank body is expertly marshaled by the crane and ferry car for seamless progression.
5.Autoclaving section
The carefully assembled cakes enter the tank, where they undergo constant pressure maintenance, facilitated by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart positioned before the autoclaves.
Once the process is complete, the autoclave-cured products are expertly removed by the ferry cart and conveyed to the finished product packaging section, ready for final touches.
6.Finished Products
Classification&Packaging
After emerging from the autoclave, the steamed cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packed. Our state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment then transports them to the storage yard, ensuring readiness for the market.
