1. Raw Material Processing Section - The Foundation of Excellence
The raw materials that fuel the creation of autoclaved aerated coagulation include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), forming the essential mix for superior quality.
This pivotal section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and efficient storage of vital raw materials, ensuring readiness for seamless production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating - Precision Engineering at its Best
& Circulation - Smooth and Flawless Flow
This section serves as the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, integrating advanced technology to achieve remarkable craftsmanship.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is meticulously crafted. This includes manual or automatic hanging of the mesh and the flawless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section - The Beginning of Transformation
This section is the cornerstone for producing high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, utilizing state-of-the-art processes.
Crafting the necessary steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates involves both manual and automatic processes, alongside the seamless circulation of the assembly framework.
4. Cutting Section - Precision in Every Slice
The mold frame, loaded with billet body, is expertly demudded using a turning crane. The blank body, with the side plate attached, is placed on the cutting car, where sophisticated side, horizontal, and vertical cutting completes the product's formation.
Post-cutting, the body is expertly managed by a ground turning table, ensuring the efficient removal and recycling of corner waste, minimizing material loss.
Once waste removal is complete, the blank body is managed with precision by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car for flawless continuity.
5. Autoclaving Section - Strength through Steaming
Harnessing advanced traction mechanisms, assembled cakes are transferred into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance, ensuring optimal curing within the autoclave's embrace.
Post-autoclave, the durable cured products are adeptly moved by the ferry cart to the finished product packaging section, ready for market debut.
6. Finished Products - Perfection Delivered
Classification & Packaging - Order and Elegance
The steamed cakes emerge, ready for their journey. They are expertly sorted, palletized, and packed, then transported with precision by packaging and conveying equipment to the storage yard, ensuring their readiness for delivery.
