AAC Production Process

1.Raw Material Processing Section
The pristine ingredients that are fundamental to the autoclaved aerated coagulation production predominantly include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste).
This crucial phase is dedicated to the meticulous processing and strategic storage of the raw materials.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This segment is a pivotal hub for the creation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, forming the backbone of the entire operation.
Essential for producing the steel mesh (or mesh cages) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, this station enables both manual and automatic mesh hanging, alongside an efficient automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3.Pouring and pre-curing section
A vital cog in the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, this section plays a central role in the manufacturing process.
This station is responsible for crafting the indispensable steel mesh (or mesh cages) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, facilitating both manual and automatic mesh hanging, complemented by the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4.Cutting section
In this section, the mold frame loaded with the billet body undergoes a seamless demudding process via the turning crane. The blank body, accompanied by the side plate, is expertly placed on the cutting car, where the product's cutting molding is meticulously completed through side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
The cutting process culminates with the ground turning table, efficiently removing and recycling corner waste, ensuring a greener production approach.
Post-waste removal, the blank body is expertly managed by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, preparing it for subsequent steps.
5.Autoclaving section
The meticulously assembled cakes are smoothly conveyed into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance, facilitated by the traction mechanism and the strategically positioned ferry cart at the autoclaves' entrance.
Upon the autoclave's completion of curing, the products are expertly extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the final packaging section, ready for the market.
6.Finished Products
Classification&Packaging
After being expertly steamed out of the autoclave, the cakes undergo a detailed sorting, palletizing, and packaging process. They are then efficiently transported to the storage yard by state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring readiness for dispatch and delivery.
