AAC Production Process

1.Raw Material Processing Section
The foundational elements for producing top-tier autoclaved aerated coagulation products include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste), and other essential materials.
This vital section is dedicated to the precise processing and meticulous storage of raw materials, ensuring optimal conditions for production.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This section marks the heart of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, pivotal in shaping the final product's quality.
In this phase, we expertly fabricate steel mesh (mesh cages) essential for the concrete plates. This involves manual and automatic mesh hanging, alongside the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3.Pouring and pre-curing section
This segment is integral to the production, serving as a cornerstone for creating the renowned autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This stage is dedicated to crafting steel mesh (mesh cages) crucial for concrete plates, skillfully integrating manual and automated mesh hanging with the assembly frame's automatic circulation.
4.Cutting section
Here, the mold frame, complete with billet body, is expertly managed by a turning crane for demudding. The blank body is then precisely placed on the cutting car, where it's deftly shaped through side, horizontal, and vertical cutting methods.
Post-cutting, the ground turning table efficiently removes corner waste, setting the stage for recycling and sustainability.
Subsequent to waste removal, the blank body is masterfully managed by the marshalling crane and ferry car, ensuring seamless progression to the next stage.
5.Autoclaving section
In this phase, the assembled cakes are guided into the autoclave for consistent pressure curing, facilitated by a sophisticated traction mechanism and ferry cart positioned at the entrance.
Upon curing completion, the autoclave-cured products are efficiently extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the final packaging section for finishing touches.
6.Finished Products
Classification&Packaging
After the steaming process, the cakes undergo expert sorting, palletizing, and packing. They are seamlessly conveyed to the storage yard using advanced packaging and transportation equipment, ensuring orderliness and efficiency.
