AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials essential for the autoclaved aerated coagulation production encompass sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), among others. These components are meticulously selected for their quality and compatibility to ensure the superior performance of end products.
This crucial section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and efficient storage of raw materials, ensuring they are perfectly prepared for the next stages of production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section forms the heart of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, representing the synergy of innovation and precision manufacturing.
This section is responsible for crafting high-quality steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for the autoclaved aerated concrete plate. It includes manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and a seamless automatic circulation system for the assembly frame, enhancing efficiency and precision.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Another pivotal section in our production line, this stage ensures the optimal formation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs through precise pouring techniques and controlled pre-curing conditions.
Essential for the formation of robust steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, this section supports manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and boasts a sophisticated automatic assembly frame circulation process.
4. Cutting Section
In this vital phase, the mold frame loaded with the billet body undergoes a precise demudding process via a turning crane. Subsequently, the blank body, along with the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car where side, horizontal, and vertical cutting processes meticulously shape the final product.
The cut body undergoes further refinement as the ground turning table efficiently removes and recycles corner waste, ensuring minimal material loss and optimal resource utilization.
After waste removal, the blank body is masterfully handled by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, demonstrating our commitment to precision and efficiency.
5. Autoclaving Section
Using the traction mechanism and ferry cart, the assembled cakes are expertly transported into the autoclave tank for consistent pressure maintenance, ensuring that each product meets stringent quality standards.
Upon completion of the autoclave curing process, products are efficiently extracted by the ferry cart and seamlessly transported to the final product packaging section, ready for delivery.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Once steamed out of the autoclave, the cakes undergo a meticulous sorting, palletizing, and packing process. They are then transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ready to meet the demands of our valued customers.
