1. Raw Material Processing Section

In the captivating world of autoclaved aerated concrete production, the journey begins with the selection of essential raw materials. Typically, this process utilizes sand or fly ash, lime, cement, gypsum, and the magic touch of aluminum powder or paste.

This section meticulously handles the processing and strategically stores these vital raw materials, paving the way for production excellence.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation

Enter the heart of the operation: the Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating section, where innovation meets precision in crafting autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

Here, the creation of steel mesh cages for these slabs comes to life, whether through manual finesse or automated efficiency. The process involves meticulous hanging of the mesh and seamless circulation of assembly frames.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section

In this pivotal section, the foundation for robust autoclaved aerated concrete slabs is laid.

This process intricately involves the crafting of steel mesh cages, essential for each concrete plate, seamlessly integrating manual and automatic techniques for hanging and circulating the assembly frame.

4. Cutting Section

Watch as the mold frame, bearing the billet body, is deftly demudded by the crane's masterful turns. The blank body, accompanied by its side plate, is then expertly placed onto the cutting car, undergoing precision cutting in side, horizontal, and vertical dimensions to achieve product perfection.

A ground turning table works its magic on the cut body, ensuring the removal and recycling of corner waste with unmatched efficiency.
Following the meticulous removal of waste, the marshalling crane and ferry car complete the process, preparing the blank body for its next stage.

5. Autoclaving Section

The assembled cakes are seamlessly transported into the autoclave chambers, where a sophisticated traction mechanism coupled with a ferry cart ensures constant pressure maintenance, enabling a flawless curing process.

Once cured to perfection, the autoclave-finished products are gracefully extracted by the ferry cart, ensuring a smooth transition to the final packaging section.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

Emerging from the autoclave, the finished cakes are meticulously sorted, skillfully palletized, and expertly packaged. They are then conveyed to the storage yard, ready for distribution, thanks to the state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment.
