AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
Our autoclaved aerated coagulation production begins with meticulously chosen raw materials including sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste), setting the stage for unparalleled excellence.
This crucial section is dedicated to the sophisticated processing and secure storage of our premium raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating & Circulation

This section is the heart of our production process, integral to crafting autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with precision and efficiency.
Here, we expertly fabricate the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, employing both manual and automatic mesh hanging, along with seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Another vital core section for creating exceptional autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, where our advanced techniques shine.
It seamlessly integrates the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage), combining manual and automatic mesh hanging with the automatic circulation for assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
Using precision turning cranes, the mold frame with the billet body is expertly demudded. It is then strategically placed on a cutting car, where the product undergoes meticulous side, horizontal, and vertical cutting, achieving perfect form.
The ground turning table efficiently removes and recycles corner waste from the cut body, ensuring sustainability.
Following waste removal, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and ferry car, preparing it for the next phase.
5. Autoclaving Section
Here, assembled cakes are carefully transported into tanks for maintained constant pressure, facilitated by the advanced traction mechanism and ferry cart strategically placed before the autoclaves.
Post-autoclave, cured products are seamlessly pulled out and conveyed to the finished product packaging section, ready for the final stages of processing.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Once expertly steamed out of the autoclave, the cakes are systematically sorted, palletized, packed, and efficiently transported to the storage yard, courtesy of our advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
