1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials pivotal to autoclaved aerated coagulation production typically encompass sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste), forming the foundational ingredients.
This section specializes in the meticulous processing and efficient storage of these essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section stands as the heart of production for autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring precision and quality.
This stage involves the crafting of steel mesh (or mesh cage) necessary for the concrete plates, encompassing both manual and automatic mesh handling, along with seamless assembly frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Esteemed as a core section, it plays a crucial role in the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, laden with the billet body, undergoes demudding via a turning crane. Subsequent placement on the cutting car allows for side, horizontal, and vertical cutting, finalizing the product's shape.
After cutting, the ground turning table efficiently removes and recycles corner waste, ensuring minimal material loss.
Once waste is removed, the marshalling crane and ferry car finalize the blank body, readying it for subsequent stages.
5. Autoclaving Section
Traction mechanisms and ferry carts guide assembled cakes into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance, optimizing curing conditions.
Post-autoclaving, ferry carts extract the cured products, conveying them to the final phase-classification and packaging.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Upon exiting the autoclave, the cakes are systematically sorted, palletized, packed, and adeptly transported to the storage area by advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
