AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the finest raw materials are meticulously selected. Typically, these include sand or fly ash, lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder or paste, among others.
This section is dedicated to the precise processing and careful storage of raw materials, ensuring quality and consistency.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section stands as the pivotal heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, orchestrating the process with precision.
Here, the creation of vital steel mesh or mesh cages takes place. This includes manual or automatic hanging of meshes and seamless automatic circulation within the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section reigns as the central hub for the production of high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It adeptly creates essential steel meshes or mesh cages, facilitating manual or automatic mesh hanging and ensuring flawless automatic assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, loaded with the billet body, undergoes demudding via the crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is precisely positioned on the cutting car for meticulous side, horizontal, and vertical cutting of the product.
The cut body is expertly handled by the ground turning table, adeptly removing and recycling corner waste.
Once waste removal is complete, the blank body is expertly managed by the marshalling crane and ferry car, ensuring flawless progression.
5. Autoclaving Section
The meticulously assembled cakes are smoothly conveyed into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance by the adept traction mechanism and ferry cart positioned before the autoclaves.
Post-autoclaving, the cured products are efficiently extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the final product packaging section, ready for the market.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The steamed cakes, having emerged from the autoclave, undergo a systematic process of sorting, palletization, packing, and conveyance. They are then transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, primed for distribution.
