AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the captivating realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the cornerstone raw materials comprise sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and the enchanting addition of aluminum powder (aluminum paste), among others.
This section is meticulously crafted for the precise processing and efficient storage of these essential raw materials, ensuring seamless production flow.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the pulsating core of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, a critical section where cutting-edge innovation harmonizes with precision.
In this section, the steel mesh (mesh cage) crucial for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is crafted with expert precision. The process features flawless manual (or automatic) mesh handling, along with a sophisticated system for the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section, fundamental to the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, is where the enchanting transformation from concept to reality takes shape.
Within this vibrant setting, steel mesh (mesh cage) fabrication is executed with exacting precision. It encompasses both manual and automatic mesh handling, enhanced by the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
Here, engineering brilliance is on display as the mold frame, burdened with the billet body, is carefully demolded by a turning crane. The blank body, accompanied by the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car. The product undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts to achieve immaculate molding.
The masterpiece takes form as the cut body is skillfully managed by the ground turning table to effectively remove and recycle corner waste, promoting sustainability.
Once waste removal is complete, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, culminating this stage with grace.
5. Autoclaving Section
With meticulous attention to detail, the assembled cakes are smoothly transferred into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance, facilitated by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart, both strategically positioned before the autoclaves.
The autoclave-cured products emerge victoriously, extracted by the ferry cart and effortlessly conveyed to the finished product packaging section, poised for their grand reveal.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Fresh from the autoclave, the cakes embark on a rigorous journey of sorting, palletizing, packing, and efficient transition to the storage yard. This entire process is orchestrated by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring a seamless voyage from production to storage.
