1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production are typically sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste), and similar materials.
This section focuses on the meticulous processing and storage of the essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section forms the heart of the production process for autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This crucial area is dedicated to fabricating the steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for the autoclaved aerated concrete plates, including the manual (or automatic) suspension of the mesh and the automated circulation of assembly frames.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is another core area for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It specializes in the creation of the steel mesh (mesh cage) required for the autoclaved aerated concrete plates, the manual (or automatic) hanging of the mesh, and the systematic circulation of assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, loaded with the billet body, is demudded by turning the crane. The billet body, along with the side plate, is then placed on the cutting car, where the product undergoes side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve its final form.
Upon cutting, the body is processed by the ground turning table, which effectively removes and recycles corner waste.
Post-waste removal, the billet body undergoes final processing by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave tank for constant pressure maintenance using the traction mechanism and the ferry cart.
Post-autoclaving, the cured products are extracted by the ferry cart and conveyed to the final product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by the advanced packaging and conveying equipment after separation.
