AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The essential ingredients for producing autoclaved aerated coagulation include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder or paste, which form the foundation of this innovative product.
This vital phase is dedicated to the meticulous processing and efficient storage of the raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal section serves as the heart of the autoclaved aerated concrete slabs manufacturing process.
Here, the steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for constructing autoclaved aerated concrete plates is expertly crafted, whether through manual or automated methods. This section also facilitates the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This vital section is integral to the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, embodying the essence of this manufacturing process.
This area is dedicated to the precise creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates and supports both manual and automatic hanging mesh, along with the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
Initially, the mold frame bearing the billet body is skillfully demudded with the aid of a crane. The combined blank body and side plate are then carefully positioned on the cutting car, where they undergo precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve perfect product molding.
Upon completion of cutting, the ground turning table is employed to remove and recycle any corner waste, ensuring an eco-friendly and efficient process.
Following waste removal, the marshalling crane and ferry car complete the consolidation of the blank body, showcasing the advanced technology employed.
5. Autoclaving Section
The expertly assembled cakes are ushered into the tank by the traction mechanism at the autoclaves' entrance, where they undergo a controlled pressure maintenance process, supported by the innovative ferry cart.
After curing, the autoclaved products are seamlessly extracted by the ferry cart and conveyed to the final stage of finished product packaging.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Once steamed out of the autoclave, these high-quality cakes are efficiently sorted, palletized, and packed. Equipped with advanced packaging and conveying technology, they are then transported to the storage yard, ready for distribution.
