AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the production of autoclaved aerated coagulation, the raw materials are typically sand (fly ash), lime, cement, and gypsum, complemented by aluminum powder (or aluminum paste), forming the foundation of our innovative process.
This crucial section is designed for the efficient processing and meticulous storage of all raw materials, ensuring the highest quality inputs for superior output.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section represents the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, where precision meets engineering excellence.
Here, advanced techniques are used to fabricate the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, with both manual and automatic systems for mesh handling and seamless frame assembly circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
As the core of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, this section exemplifies cutting-edge technology and process reliability.
This phase involves the meticulous crafting of steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for the construction of autoclaved aerated concrete plates, featuring both manual and automated mesh handling and assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, carrying the billet body, is expertly demolded by the overhead crane. The billet, alongside the side plate, is then positioned on the cutting car, where it undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve the desired product form.
Post-cutting, the ground turning table facilitates the removal and recycling of corner waste, optimizing material efficiency.
With waste eliminated, the billet body is expertly managed by the marshalling crane and transported by the marshalling ferry car, maintaining orderly workflow.
5. Autoclaving Section
The meticulously assembled cakes are ushered into the autoclave via the traction mechanism and ferry cart, where they undergo constant pressure maintenance, ensuring robustness and durability.
Upon completion, the ferry cart extracts the autoclave-cured products, delivering them seamlessly to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Once out of the autoclave, the cakes are skillfully sorted, palletized, and packed. They are then transported to the storage yard by our state-of-the-art packaging and conveying systems, ensuring they are ready for dispatch.
