1. Raw Material Processing Section
The essential ingredients for autoclaved aerated coagulation include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum paste. These raw materials form the foundation of the production process.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication & Circulation
This is the pivotal section for crafting autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring high-quality production.
Here, the essential steel mesh (or mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is fabricated. It encompasses both manual and automatic hanging mesh systems, along with automated frame assembly circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is crucial for producing robust autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It is used to create the necessary steel mesh (or mesh cage) for these concrete plates, incorporating both manual and automatic hanging mesh systems, as well as automated assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame carrying the billet body is efficiently demolded by the turning crane. The body, along with the side plate, is transferred onto the cutting car, where precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts shape the final product.
The cut body undergoes ground turning to remove and recycle corner waste, optimizing resource usage.
Post-waste removal, the blank body is systematically completed using the marshalling crane and ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transferred into the autoclave tanks for steady pressure maintenance using the traction mechanism and ferry cart positioned in front of the autoclaves.
Once cured, the autoclaved products are extracted by the ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products Classification & Packaging
Steamed cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring seamless final product handling.
