1. Raw Material Processing Section

The essential ingredients for the autoclaved aerated coagulation production are typically sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), among others.

This segment is dedicated to the meticulous processing and storage of raw materials, ensuring optimal quality and preparation.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation

This is the pivotal section for crafting high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

In this phase, we produce the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) needed for the concrete plate and manage manual (automatic) mesh hanging alongside the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section

This is the core area dedicated to the production of premium autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

Here, we meticulously create the steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for the concrete plate, facilitating both manual (automatic) mesh hanging and automatic frame circulation.

4. Cutting Section

The mold frame containing the billet body undergoes demudding via the turning crane. Subsequently, the blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where side, horizontal, and vertical cutting shape the product to perfection.

Upon cutting, the body is processed by the ground turning table, efficiently removing and recycling corner waste, ensuring minimal material loss.
Post-waste removal, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, completing the process seamlessly.

5. Autoclaving Section

The assembled cakes are skillfully transported into the autoclave for constant pressure maintenance by the precise traction mechanism and the ferry cart positioned at its entrance.

Following autoclave curing, the finished products are efficiently extracted by the ferry cart and conveyed to the final packaging section, ready for market distribution.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

Post-autoclave, the cakes are expertly sorted, palletized, packed, and seamlessly transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring readiness for dispatch.
