AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the sophisticated world of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the journey begins with a meticulous blend of select raw materials—sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), each playing a pivotal role in crafting the perfect mix.
This section is dedicated to the precise processing and efficient storage of essential raw materials, ensuring a seamless start to the production process.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section serves as the heart of the production line, where the transformation into autoclaved aerated concrete slabs truly begins.
In this vital section, the creation of the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates takes place, with options for manual or automatic hanging mesh, and a seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Herein lies another central section for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This segment is dedicated to producing the crucial steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, featuring both manual and automatic hanging mesh options, alongside automated circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
In this stage, the mold frame laden with its billet body undergoes a transformation, expertly demudded by a turning crane. The blank body, accompanied by its side plate, is stationed on the cutting car where it undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve its final form.
The cut body is delicately maneuvered by the ground turning table to extract and recycle corner waste, ensuring none of the valuable material goes unused.
Once the waste is removed, the blank body undergoes final marshaling by the crane and ferry car, preparing it for the next phase.
5. Autoclaving Section
The precisely assembled cakes are carefully placed into the autoclave, where they are maintained under constant pressure by a sophisticated traction mechanism and ferry cart, setting the stage for their final metamorphosis.
Once cured in the autoclave, the finished products are gracefully extricated by ferry cart and transported to the final packaging section, ready to meet the world.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Emerging from the autoclave, these cakes are seamlessly sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to awaiting storage by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, all in preparation for their ultimate destination.
