AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the captivating realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, an array of essential raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and the enchanting touch of aluminum powder (aluminum paste), among others, are used.
This section is masterfully designed for the thorough processing and effective storage of these indispensable raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section serves as the dynamic core of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, where cutting-edge innovation seamlessly integrates with precision.
In this pivotal area, the steel mesh (mesh cage) crucial for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is meticulously fabricated. The process features a seamless blend of manual (or automatic) mesh handling with a sophisticated automatic circulation system for the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is integral to the creation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, where the magic of production materializes into solid form.
In this vibrant setting, the fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage) is executed with precision, involving both manual and automatic mesh handling, enhanced by the automated frame circulation system.
4. Cutting Section
Here, engineering artistry is unveiled as the mold frame, carrying the billet body, is delicately handled by a turning crane. The blank body and side plate are carefully positioned on the cutting car, undergoing precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts to achieve impeccable molding.
The crafted masterpiece emerges as the cut body is adeptly managed by the ground turning table, efficiently extracting and recycling corner waste, ensuring sustainability.
Following the removal of waste, the blank body is expertly maneuvered by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, completing this phase with remarkable precision.
5. Autoclaving Section
With meticulous precision, the assembled cakes are gracefully guided into the tank for continuous pressure maintenance, aided by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart, both strategically positioned in front of the autoclaves.
Triumphantly exiting the autoclave, the cured products are efficiently extracted by the ferry cart and seamlessly transported to the finished product packaging section, poised for their grand debut.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Freshly emerged from the autoclave, the cakes embark on an intricate journey of sorting, palletizing, packing, and smooth transportation to the storage yard. This entire process is orchestrated by cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring a seamless transition from production to storage.
