1.Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production are usually sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste), and similar materials.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and organized storage of all essential raw materials.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This is the pivotal section for the creation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is fabricated, with automated or manual mesh hanging and systematic assembly frame circulation.
3.Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is another core section responsible for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This area facilitates the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, alongside manual or automated mesh hanging and methodical circulation of assembly frames.
4.Cutting Section
In this section, the mold frame carrying the billet body is demoulded using the turning crane. The billet body and the side plate are placed on the cutting car, where side, horizontal, and vertical cutting complete the product's formation.
The cut billet body is processed on the ground turning table to remove and recycle corner waste efficiently.
Post waste removal, the billet body is handled by the marshalling crane and ferry car for final marshalling.
5.Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transported into the autoclaves for constant pressure maintenance via a traction mechanism and ferry cart.
After curing in the autoclaves, the products are extracted using the ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging section.
6.Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-steaming, the cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
