AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The production of superior autoclaved aerated coagulation relies on a precise blend of raw materials, including sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste).
This pivotal section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and strategic storage of essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the heart of the production process, where autoclaved aerated concrete slabs come to life.
This section is integral for crafting the steel mesh (or mesh cage) that is crucial for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It encompasses both manual and automated mesh hanging, alongside the seamless circulation of assembly frames.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is once again the core of the production, focusing on the creation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Essential for the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) needed for the concrete plates, this section includes manual (and automated) mesh handling and the continuous circulation of assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
The innovative mold frame, filled with a billet body, is expertly demudded using a crane. The blank body, along with its side plate, is deftly positioned on the cutting car. Here, the product undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting, achieving its final form.
The cut body undergoes refinement with a ground turning table, which efficiently removes and reclaims any corner waste, ensuring optimal material use.
Once waste is meticulously removed, the blank body is expertly handled with a marshalling crane and ferry car, readying it for the next stage.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are smoothly transitioned into the autoclave tanks via a traction mechanism and ferry cart, where they undergo consistent pressure maintenance to ensure quality.
Upon autoclave curing completion, the ferry cart extracts the products, directing them to the finished product packaging section for the concluding phase of the process.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-steaming, the cakes are methodically sorted, palletized, and packed. They are then efficiently transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying systems, ensuring they are ready for distribution.

Our metal plate processing is powered by a formidable 2000-ton hydraulic press, while our machining capabilities are enhanced by Taiwan's vertical machining center, CNC gantry boring and milling machines, and horizontal machining centers.
