AAC Production Process
Teeyer Whole Production Line, including 6 processing sections |
1. Raw Material Processing Section
The foundational elements for producing autoclaved aerated coagulation include key materials such as sand, typically derived from fly ash, along with lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder or paste.
This indispensable phase is dedicated to the precise handling and strategic storage of all raw materials, ensuring seamless integration into the production flow.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This segment serves as the core of the process, instrumental in designing robust autoclaved aerated concrete slabs for enduring construction.
Critical for the autoclaved aerated concrete plates, this stage involves crafting the necessary steel mesh (or mesh cage), seamlessly integrating both manual and automated mesh hanging with smooth automatic circulation of the assembly framework.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This crucial stage is where high-caliber autoclaved aerated concrete slabs begin to take shape, setting the groundwork for superior quality.
In this section, precision is key in fabricating the steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for concrete plates, including both manual and automated mesh-hanging processes, coupled with the automated circulation of the assembly framework.
4. Cutting Section
During this phase, the mold frame, bearing the billet body, is expertly demoulded using a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, undergoing comprehensive lateral, horizontal, and vertical slicing to achieve the flawless product shape.
The process concludes with the ground turning table facilitating the efficient removal and recycling of corner waste from the meticulously cut body.
After waste extraction, the blank body is completed using the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, ensuring an effortless shift to the subsequent phase.
5. Autoclaving Section
With expert precision, the assembled cakes are ushered into the tank for sustained pressure retention by the precision-oriented traction mechanism leading the autoclaves and the efficient ferry cart preceding it.
Once the autoclaving process is complete, the cured products are elegantly extracted from the autoclave by the ferry cart, ensuring a seamless transition to the final product packaging stage.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After steaming, the cakes undergo meticulous sorting, followed by skillful palletization and packing. They are then transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying machinery, ensuring a smooth flow from separation to storage.
