AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The foundation of our autoclaved aerated coagulation production lies in meticulously selected raw materials: sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste). These ingredients are expertly processed to ensure top-notch quality and efficiency.
This critical section handles the precise processing and secure storage of our premium raw materials, setting the stage for superior AAC production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This segment is the heart of our autoclaved aerated concrete slabs manufacturing process. It ensures precision and robustness in every slab produced.
In this vital section, we craft the steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for the integrity and strength of our autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It features both manual and automatic mesh handling and seamless assembly frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This segment is pivotal in the production of our autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring high standards of quality and consistency.
Key processes here include crafting the steel mesh (mesh cage) for our AAC plates, managing both manual and automatic mesh applications, and maintaining flawless assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, loaded with the billet body, is expertly demolded using a turning crane. The billet, along with its side plate, is skillfully placed on the cutting car, where precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting shapes the final product.
The cut body is expertly managed by the ground turning table, efficiently removing and recycling corner waste to maintain sustainability.
Post-waste removal, the billet body is expertly marshaled using the marshalling crane and ferry car, readying it for the next stage.
5. Autoclaving Section
In this section, assembled cakes are strategically transported into the autoclave tank for consistent pressure maintenance, utilizing a state-of-the-art traction mechanism and ferry cart system.
The autoclave-cured products are smoothly extracted by the ferry cart, then conveyed to the finished product packaging section, ensuring flawless end-to-end processing.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Steamed cakes emerge from the autoclave, undergoing meticulous sorting, palletization, and packing. Our advanced packaging and conveying systems then transport them to the storage yard, ensuring a seamless journey from start to finish.
