AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the captivating realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the key raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, alongside the enchanting influence of aluminum powder (aluminum paste), play a crucial role.
This section is meticulously crafted for the precise processing and effective storage of these indispensable raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the pulsating core of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, a vital section where state-of-the-art innovation converges with precision engineering.
Here, the steel mesh (mesh cage), fundamental for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, is skillfully fabricated. This process entails seamless manual or automatic mesh handling and a sophisticated system for the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section, integral to the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, is where the transformation from concept to concrete reality occurs.
Within this dynamic setting, precision in steel mesh (mesh cage) fabrication is achieved. It incorporates both manual and automatic mesh handling, enhanced by the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
In this section, engineering elegance takes center stage as the mold frame, bearing the billet body, is demudded by a turning crane. The blank body, together with the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car. The product undergoes meticulous side, horizontal, and vertical cuts, achieving exemplary molding.
The masterpiece is unveiled as the cut body is expertly managed by the ground turning table to efficiently remove and recycle corner waste, ensuring sustainability.
After waste removal, the blank body is skillfully managed by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, concluding this stage with remarkable finesse.
5. Autoclaving Section
With utmost precision, the assembled cakes are gracefully introduced into the tank for sustained pressure maintenance, aided by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart, both strategically positioned in front of the autoclaves.
The autoclave-cured products emerge victoriously, extracted by the ferry cart and effortlessly transported to the finished product packaging section, ready for their grand entrance.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Freshly emerged from the autoclave, the cakes undergo a meticulous process of sorting, palletizing, packing, and efficient transportation to the storage yard. This entire journey is orchestrated by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring a seamless transition from production to storage.
